Our opinion

This family flat, here in the very centre of Paris, takes on the appearance of a modern and picturesque residence. The extensive living space (a ground surface area of 163 m²) blends perfectly with the tranquillity and warm light, enhanced with a splash of colour here and there. The aesthetics of these premises, between shimmering wood and old decorative features, comfortably-sized rooms and contemporary additions, reveals a tasteful interior and an ingenious layout, which will equally well suit a young couple, both of whom work from home, as a family with children. These premises are even more appealing as they are to be found in one of the French capital’s Bohemian, arty areas, set between the Haut-Marais district and Place-de-la-République.
