A cellar completes the property. The flat is in need of some refurbishment. It is also possible to purchase a 9 m² service room on the fourth floor.

Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city, a stone's throw from the exciting Saint-Germain-des-Prés district and the high places of the Republic, the flat is like a jealously guarded secret. A property of this quality represents a certain privilege in the very exclusive 7th arrondissement and is well worth discovering. It is hidden from view and offers many assets: its convenient layout, its classic décor and its brightness. Some refurbishment and possibly a conversion will make it an ideal home for a family or someone looking for a pied-à-terre in the heart of the world city.
