The north and south coasts of Brittany are but an hour’s drive away. Just a few kilometres from Pontivy and its many amenities, this property is near to the canal going from Nantes to Brest. It is set in the countryside but a village, with less than 2,000 inhabitants and local shops, is nearby.

Our opinion
This property is a pleasant, relaxing haven where peace and quiet rule, a starting point as well as a welcome stopover by the riverside. The immediate surroundings are ideal for exploring hiking paths on foot, by bike or by boat. The manor house and its outbuildings have been very successfully renovated. A country property, it is ready to envisage a tranquil future, its new owners able to move in straightaway either on a permanent basis or just for short stays.
