Voted "most attractive city in France" in 2020, Angers is a dynamic urban area, renowned for its economic fabric and its cultural life. It lies in the beautiful Loire Valley, famous for its villages and chateaux, and the beaches of La Baule are only an hour and a half away by road. Description
The flat is located on the ground floor of a 19th century townhouse, which is part of a building complex that was renovated in 1994. From the imposing entrance hall, a few steps provide access to the flat. On the south side, the facade is embellished with a rotunda, with access to a terrace and a private rear garden of almost 1500 m². The northern facade overlooks a quiet, residential street in the centre of Angers.
The flat
The entrance hall is illuminated by a stained glass skylight that lights up the floor, which is paved with black cabochon tiles. The basement comprises a wine cellar and five garages that can house up to seven vehicles. Both areas are protected. Accessed via the living room from a staircase, this level includes the master suite. This includes a closet, the bedroom which also opens onto a terrace, the bathroom and a separate toilet.
Our opinion
In the centre of the city of Angers, in a quiet residential street, the flat conveys an elegant and refined atmosphere. Everything is bright and well laid out, with generous and promising volumes. Careful attention has been paid to the maintenance and decoration of the property, as well as the common areas of the building. The exterior, from the terraces to the garden, is remarkably spacious and provides a relaxing green space, just a stone's throw from the bustle of the shopping streets.
