The holiday rental accommodation units
This hamlet comprises five holiday accommodation units and outbuildings. All the houses, apart from two, are built of exposed stone.
This little house, standing apart from the others, is next to the vines. It spans a floor surface area of approx. 55 m², in addition to a large veranda. It comprises a kitchen with an eating area, a lounge with a bedroom on a mezzanine floor, a bathroom and a toilet.
Spanning approx. 140 m², it comprises an independent studio flat with a shower room and toilet on the ground floor; a lounge with an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet upstairs.
The traditional Mas house
This traditional Mas house, spanning approx. 250 m² with large rooms and high ceilings, was the estate’s original home. This extremely luminous building still has its old features such as red terracotta floor tiles, exposed beams and the stairway. The ground floor comprises a kitchen with a storeroom, a lounge-dining room, two cellars and a toilet under the stairs. On the first floor are a bedroom with a shower room and toilet, a large bedroom with a bathroom and toilet as well as a laundry room. The top floor is extended by a very large balcony with a dominant view over the hills. The remaining space comprises a large lounge-library, two bedrooms, a suite consisting of two bedrooms with a communal shower room and toilet, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
A small wood adjoins this dovecote, spanning approx. 140 m², on the east of the buildings. There is a garage and an independent driveway. The ground floor, opening on to a large terrace, comprises an entrance hall, a kitchen, a lounge as well as a bedroom with a shower room and toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a dressing room, a laundry room, a bathroom and a toilet.
This is located above a farm shed. It spans a floor surface area of approx. 150 m². Accessed via a stairway, it includes an entrance hall, a large living room, a kitchen, a study, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.
These are set out around a 425 m² inner courtyard, between the road and the main buildings. They include a 90 m² farm shed, another spanning a floor surface area of 85 m² with a mezzanine covering a quarter of the surface area, and annex buildings (a forge, a dovecote), spanning a total floor surface area of 70 m².
This complete estate with vines and holiday accommodation units has real potential. The outbuildings could be transformed into wine-growing cellars or function rooms. Ideally suited to wine tourism, this property, with its inner courtyard, could also be used for functions or the creation of a hotel-restaurant. It could also be of interest to horse lovers as it would be possible to go riding over the hills from the buildings.
