Our opinion

This renovated former industrial building is one of a kind. The property stands out thanks to its raw and authentic character, imbued with its manufacturing history, differing from the traditional bourgeois houses that line the surrounding streets. Its original architecture is enhanced by its daring choice of external colours. It boasts a unique atmosphere and is reminiscent of the Icelandic spirit that once made the town prosper. The interior is bathed in light and the seafaring spirit is omnipresent. It possesses a beach-cabin-style décor and offers plenty of views of the outside world. Its functional volumes have been skilfully laid out to enhance the feeling of space. Lastly, the glass walls, which are the centrepieces of the renovation, provide a spectacular touch of modernness.
