Location
This property is located between the Paris Commodities Exchange, Saint Eustache Church and the Montorgueil district, in the heart of Paris. The area boasts excellent public transport links thanks to the presence of RER lines A, B and D as well as Metro lines 1, 3 and 4. The Halles shopping centre is located nearby, as are the boutiques of the Montorgueil district, as well as a market each Thursday and Sunday.
Description
The second zone is distinct and open but can be closed. It is made up of a bedroom, an office area, plenty of cupboard space and a bathroom with a bath and washbasin. The bathroom is bathed in light through a skylight. Indeed, the whole apartment has a very bright ambiance and boasts an unbeatable view of the Parisian roofs and sky. Although refurbishment work is necessary, as a basis, the apartment is very sound and boasts recently installed double glazing. The building also has a bicycle garage.
Our opinion
This property is almost as close to the centre of Paris as you can get, in an area that has recently undergone plenty of change with the opening of the Paris Commodities Exchange. It is also close to the La Samaritaine department store, the Louvre post office and the new Cartier Foundation. It is astonishing to see just how lively the atmosphere of this district is, in an islet like area that is intact and picturesque. Though it is rationally and soberly laid out, this apartment is unique because of its luminosity. This is a rare paradox and a perfect basis for anyone looking for somewhere easy to settle in to, yet that is not out of reach.
