The district around the Monnaie de Paris minting institution is the oldest part of the French capital’s 6th arrondissement. It is edged with the River Seine and faces the Île de la Cité river island, to which it is linked via the Pont Neuf bridge. The area extends down to Boulevard Saint-Germain and includes the church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The quaysides Quai Conti and Quai des Grands-Augustins form a pleasant promenade along the River Seine. The street linked the River Seine to Saint-Germain-des-Prés, running behind the church with the same name. You can reach the building from the metro stations Odéon or Mabillon on line 10. Our opinion

The dwelling was recently renovated: the space has been optimised to suit modern life perfectly.
