The respectful renovation reveals the potential of the volumes without distorting them and adds to their overall conviviality, while its two bedrooms make it possible to meet current needs in terms of flexibility, for either a family or work. Last, but not least: its position in the historical Marais district gives it a rare cultural dimension, as well as an authentic living environment in the centre of Paris.
