Our opinion
This large, renovated apartment boasting all modern comforts is located in the historical centre of Rennes. Remarkable restoration work has also been carried out on the façade of the building, whose elegant Haussmannian silhouette is magnified by mouldings with sophisticated decorative features. The apartment boasts a functional layout with generous volumes, into which light streams through the large windows overlooking the River Vilaine, which peacefully flows by the foot of the edifice. This is a comfortable and prestigious address that is ideal for family life and perfectly situated, just a short walk from the shopping district and the city’s narrow medieval streets.
