A flawless property whose notable qualities all come together to provide this Parisian flat with its undeniable appeal and allure: on the one hand, a prominent location, a sought-after neighbourhood and a private, protected square, while, on the other, Haussmannian splendour at its pinnacle, spacious and sunny volumes as well as breath-taking views. In addition, its high-quality and meticulous renovations added a touch of understated elegance to the flat’s original decorative elements, while the architect who redesigned the space was able to successfully bring together the standing of a sophisticated flat with the amenities of a family home, resulting in a rare property that combines a comfortable lifestyle with sophisticated tastes.
