Our opinion
The green and fertile Hesbaye-Liégeoise region is a land of wide-open spaces. A particularity that is further to be found in the size of some of the farms, having over the years become genuine strongholds of unusual dimensions. This outstanding castle-farm, constructed in the 16th century, currently dominates a property spanning 14 hectares, classified as a rural housing and a farming area, and free of occupation. The construction is composed of a main building and outbuildings, laid out around a pleasant, rectangular courtyard. This property, in a good state of repair, features elegant facades, built of brick and local stone. Prospects for this property abound, whether as a main residence or a tourist project, especially as it is near to the Wallonia region’s large urban areas.
