The ground floor
You step into a spacious dual-aspect entrance hall with a floor of stone tiles laid in a herringbone pattern. On the left, there is a fitted kitchen with the same floor of stone tiling. It lies beside a dining room with a floor of terracotta tiles and a fireplace of stone and brickwork. A utility room, storerooms and a lift make this part of the house practical. On the other side of the hallway, there is an extensive lounge with a floor area of 75m², a French-style beamed ceiling and many windows that bathe the lounge in natural light. A picture window offers a far-reaching vista of the natural surroundings. The walls are adorned with a beautiful fabric covering. A tall fireplace of Burgundy stone with a straight, sculpted hood gives the room character and charm.
