Description

From the main road that links the coast to the banks of the Rance River, a small lane winds its way through the countryside and traverses the peaceful hamlet where the property is located. The House

The Outbuilding

Built in the same architectural style as the house with light-coloured wood siding, it extends over approximately 80 m² and is located at the end of the tarmacked drive. Used as a garage, storeroom and workshop, it has a convertible attic upstairs.

The Grounds

Entirely enclosed and landscaped, the grounds mainly face south, are completely sheltered from sight and provide views of the surrounding woods and countryside. Bathed in light by wide glass doors and windows, the bedrooms and living spaces look out onto patios bordered by thick vegetation, while the property, sheltered from view, but still easily accessible, would be the perfect place for a large family in search of space and serenity.
