Bordeaux-Mérignac airport can be reached in 1 hour 15 minutes by car, while the city’s train station is 45 minutes away by road.
Description
The patio
To the east, a vast stone patio overlooks the River Dordogne, which flows by more than one hundred metres below. Beyond it, there is a salt-filtered, 12-metre by 5-metre swimming pool with open views of the landscape.
The outbuildings
There are two outbuildings. The first, L-shaped one requires complete restoration, though its roof frame is in good condition. The second has a surface of around 60 m², is habitable and includes a veranda, three small bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen/lounge.
The grounds
They spread out over almost 5 hectares and dotted with silk trees, yews, jabily and fruit trees, such as plum, Mirabelle plum or olive trees.
