Our opinion
32 hectares just a few kilometers from Port Mahón. The proximity is deceptive: between the town and this estate, the landscape has already taken on a different character. The main house has retained its original materials. Not out of neglect, but out of conviction. In Menorca, large rural estates have always known that time works better than hasty renovations. The detached house, the terrace, the garden with a pool, the farm buildings, and the fields and pastures come together to form a whole that the centuries have shaped with a logic that becomes immediately apparent upon arrival.
