Our opinion

This charming, concealed valley, typical of the Liège province’s natural region of Condroz, has a peaceful stream, tributary of the river Ourthe, flowing through it. Set in a discreet hamlet, just a stone’s throw from a rural market town, with all shops, this elegant building dominates an impressive quadrilateral farm, itself part of a larger architectural property composed, amongst other things, of a castle, a keep and a chapel. Dating from the 17th century, the building and its annexe buildings are currently undergoing major renovation works, with the intention of dividing the estate into several co-owned units. Future owners will eventually share the large courtyard and its lake, the garden and an astonishing bread oven. Spanning a 167 m² of living space, this building could be further extended by approx. 150 m², but the other units and outbuildings are also available for purchase. It is an ideal way of living the life of a chatelain on a farm in a delightful, tranquil setting.
