Our opinion

This farm, standing like a stronghold on the heights, is typical of the Wallonia region. It looks out over awe-inspiring countryside, between the forests and grasslands in the Entre-Sambre-et-Meuse region. The size of the property can be better appreciated from the vast central courtyard, which provides access to all the different buildings and outbuildings. The main building, with its elegant facade, spans 255 m² of living space, including three bedrooms, a bathroom and an attic which could be converted. A second building has been transformed into two flats, each once comprising a bedroom and a bathroom. Amongst the many farming annexe buildings are a barn, an old stable and as much space as would be needed for continuing the farming activity or for starting a new one. These unspoilt, natural surroundings, just a few kilometres from the border between France and Belgium, are ideal for living in tune with the seasons.
