Our opinion
A private chapel. Perhaps this is where it all begins – in the idea that a family once felt it necessary to build a place of worship in the midst of their land, as if 135 hectares of Menorca were not enough to feel close to something greater. The farm buildings — covering nearly 3,000 m² — have seen other uses, other seasons, other hands. The hills, however, have remained unchanged. What one buys here cannot really be measured. Neither in hectares nor in square metres. Rather, it is measured in terms of distance from the rest of the world, and that distance is considerable.
