Our opinion
This elegant revenue house was designed at the start of last century by the architect Jules Gréant. It stands near the town hall of Saint-Gilles. The edifice is eclectic in style with a remarkable yellow brick facade, brought out with touches of red brick and blue stone. The whole building offers a floor area of around 300m², excluding the basement and loft. On the ground floor, there is an apartment that leads out onto a large terrace and garden facing south-west. A three-floor apartment, which is currently being rented out, takes up the upper floors. Each upper floor also has a terrace facing the garden. There are many cellars in the basement.
