Our opinion

Villeray, originally a peaceful village in New-France, progressively became one of Montreal’s wealthy arrondissements as the town developed in the last century. This district is notably renowned for Jarry Park, its green lung where Pope Jean-Paul II came to hold mass in 1984. This property, as much a house as it is a flat, is located near to a little square, in one of the arrondissement’s quiet streets. Behind a traditional brick facade, typical of Quebec, is this modern 2-storey flat, reflecting refined, contemporary lines. The inside has been designed to enhance the rooms, the space and the luminosity. This fully fitted flat is embellished with first-class materials, creating a sophisticated, ethnic and chic layout. The terrace at the back is also set out on two levels, where residents can take full advantage of a convivial, sunny area, prior to going out for a stroll in the lively streets of Little Italy just a stone’s throw away.
