Description
Our opinion
Between Venice and Padua, the Riviera del Brenta has been home to patrician residences for centuries, set against a backdrop of canals and gardens. Four hotels, built between the 18th and 19th centuries, now form a complex that can be developed in several ways: through wholesale or selective acquisition, family management or a structured project. The buildings differ in scale and character, from the most accessible to the most monumental, with the largest boasting a one-hectare park. The restoration work has followed a variety of approaches, but all preserve the architectural coherence. Venice remains close by without imposing its tourist flows. A well-designed property for the hotel industry, located in an area steeped in tradition.
