Our opinion

An authentic Walloon house with a private garden, nestled in a small town just a few kilometres south of the Belgian capital Brussels. The whole dwelling is filled with natural light. It offers a liveable floor area of around 120m² on a plot of 5.5 ares. A broad picture window in the lounge looks out at a large terrace and a lush garden. The south-facing garden bathes in much sunshine. Behind the house, there are two spacious storehouses with roofs that have been entirely renovated. With its three bedrooms, this delightful house would suit a family looking for space, yet it is also close to the town centre, shops and public transport links.
