The Private Mansion
Built in 2008 by its current owners, the house was expanded in 2012. Located on the corner of two calm residential streets, the house’s back façade looks out over gardens and is sheltered from view. With a basement, ground floor, main level with a patio as well as two upper floors, the premises’ layout was perfectly planned in order to create comfortable and well-proportioned spaces, all accessible via a lift as well as a magnificent spiral staircase. This private mansion’s wisely chosen geographical location provides easy access to the centre of Paris or a fast getaway from the capital, via the motorways to the south and west or the Orly airport. The house’s discreet street-side façade conceals a home with superb volumes and amenities, which, although absolutely unimaginable from the outside, create a relaxing and magnificent living environment. With its massive picture windows and contemporary construction, this house is the perfect place to revel in luxurious comfort.
