Description
Our opinion
This lake teeming with fish lies in a peaceful, countryside setting, where the branches of century-old trees and the majestic silhouette of an elegant 19th-century manor are reflected in its waters. A plethora of different species of animals live here, below the water’s surface as well as on the lake’s shores. The lake already featured on Cassini’s map in the 18th century. It is exempt from water rights since it is considered to be an impounded water course. The future owner will be able to fish without a permit, at a distance of around 1 hour by road from Rennes, Nantes or Laval.
