Our opinion
On the third floor of an elegant Haussmannian building decorated with a wide range of ornamental details, this minimalist flat, bathed in light, with understated features, well-organised volumes and an optimised layout, would be ideal for a couple or a single person who appreciates peace and quiet in a dynamic neighbourhood.
