Location
The property lies 30 minutes from the city of Quimper. To the north, the famous Pointe du Raz headland stretches out into the sea. And to the south, there is the Pointe de Penmarc'h headland. The unspoilt coast of Audierne Bay offers a rich patchwork of white dunes, marshes and lakes. The biodiversity of this natural backdrop is remarkable. The rare dwellings here are modestly sized. They blend into the environment harmoniously.
Description
The main home
The main home has a ground floor and a first floor. You enter it from the south side, through a stable door that takes you into a lounge with a wood-burning stove. Our opinion
This thatched Breton dwelling is a gem with authentic charm. Surrounded by heathland, it gazes out at the ocean from its remarkable natural backdrop. The delightful property is only 30 minutes from the city of Quimper. It is tucked away in a beautiful, bucolic location with absolute privacy. The home has been renovated, extended and decorated tastefully. Indeed, it requires no work on it today: it is ready for you to settle into it. This haven of calm is very comfortable and well equipped. Yet it could be developed in accordance with your needs. In all seasons, this old stone refuge is the ideal holiday home.
