Our opinion
The property was once called "Horta da Coutada", when it was part of the "Herdade do Lobo", where King Dom Carlos came to hunt from his residence in Vila Viçosa. This is the traditional Alentejo in all its charm, in a country atmosphere combined with elegance, where the colours are magnified by the Iberian sun. In addition to the main house, which is equipped with solar panels, the property includes a second dwelling, a swimming pool and outbuildings in need of renovation. Water is provided by several wells and tanks. On the heights, facing Spain which stretches out on the horizon, a 23 m² ruin could be rebuilt to create a floor area of up to 350 m². The view from here encompasses the entire estate, more than 27 hectares of flourishing nature, where orange and olive trees rustle to the sound of birdsong.
