Our opinion
This elegant villa from the second half of the 20th century stands in vast, lush parkland that covers over a hectare. It lies just outside a calm residential area. The dwelling offers a floor area of around 340m². It is a spacious home with rooms full of promise. The interior has been well maintained but could be redecorated in some places. The reception rooms are bathed in natural light from large windows that look out at the landscape and terrace and down at a pond where ducks swim. The property also includes a garage, cellars and a range of outhouses for everyday needs. The location is strategic, between Wallonia’s major cities and only a few kilometres from the town of Louvain-la-Neuve and its famous university – one of Europe’s oldest.
