Our opinion

The village of Lari can be seen from the windows of this residence nestled in the Pisan hills. The architecture is evident in the succession of rooms with high ceilings, in the fireplaces that structure the reception areas, and in the garden that encloses the property while allowing the landscape to enter. Within walking distance of the village, the villa benefits from its proximity to village life without sacrificing its tranquillity. The materials and volumes reflect a time when buildings were constructed slowly and with attention to detail. Living here means accepting the character of the place, its generous proportions, its roots in a still unspoilt Tuscan landscape. Between family life and hospitality projects, the residence lends itself to several uses without losing its identity, in the natural continuity of what it has always been: a house built to last.
