Our opinion
This house used to contain the caretaker’s lodge and the stables for the adjacent chateau. Together, they form a striking architectural ensemble. Now renovated, it stands proudly over the landscape with its elegant stone and half-timbered facade, a few minutes from the famous town of Spa, whose name became eponymous for curative mineral baths. Warm and still featuring original elements, the interior floor area spreads out over approx. 280 m², completed by cellars, a garage and a boiler room. From the windows and the garden, the view stretches out over the green and peaceful valley.
