Our opinion

A space occupying the first floor of the Vriesseveem, one of the historic warehouses built on the quays of Amsterdam when the port shaped the city's identity. The walls bear witness to the goods that passed through here, the ships that docked at the foot of the building, and the comings and goings of dockers and merchants. The 791 m² space extends beneath the original roof beams, bathed in light streaming through the large windows overlooking the docks. The space consists of five grouped lots that retain their independent access, allowing for multiple configurations according to needs. The quays that border the warehouse tell the story of centuries of trade between Amsterdam and the world. One unit on the first floor remains available, offering the possibility of controlling the entire level.
