Our opinion

e architecture balances Cycladic rusticity with vernacular simplicity. The three buildings—a 65 m² house on the waterfront and two 25 m² studios set back from the shore—offer a total of five bedrooms, three bathrooms and several living spaces waiting to be reinvented. The mature Mediterranean garden and private beach, which extend over 4,000 m², as well as the quality of the immediate maritime environment, guarantee tranquillity and are particularly conducive to relaxation and contemplation of the sea. A heritage site that has escaped intensive coastal development, it offers the opportunity to develop an extended family home or a boutique tourist accommodation business, taking advantage of direct access to the shore, available building rights and the rarity of such a seafront location. The structures connected to the networks require extensive renovation, which will give the future occupant the opportunity to continue the history of the place while respecting its authentic stone walls.
