Our opinion
This characterful building to be renovated stands on a shady shopping street in the town centre of Estremoz, just a two-minute stroll from the central square Place Rossio and its delightful market, which takes place on Saturdays. Locals say that a prestigious beauty salon used to lie on one of the building’s upper floors and that the country’s most elegant ladies would frequent this beauty salon. The building offers a 360m² floor area. It has a ground floor, a first floor and a second floor. The edifice is filled with natural light as it faces east and west. There are windows with balconies in the facade. From these balconies, you can admire a far-reaching view over the rooftops of Estremoz, nicknamed ‘the White Town’.
