Our opinion
This elegant villa lies on the banks of the River Sado, south of Lisbon, in a village that is typical of Portugal’s Alentejo region. It was fully renovated in 2018 and offers a floor area of around 270m² in the heart of Alcácer do Sal, a historical old town. The building’s traditional facade has been preserved. It hides a modern three-level interior bathed in natural light. All the rooms have reversible air conditioning. A lift leads to all the floors. On the top floor, a terrace extends the living rooms. From this terrace, you can admire beautiful views of sunsets from the river to the horizon.
